Can you interpret a full-day mediation?

Yes. Add an estimated end time in the request form and we'll plan for the full session. For long days, tell us early so we can discuss breaks or whether a second interpreter is needed.

Do you interpret private caucuses?

Yes. The interpreter moves with the party and counsel between joint sessions and private caucuses, and everything said in caucus stays confidential.

Can you sight-translate the settlement agreement?

Yes. We can read the terms aloud in Spanish so the party understands them before signing. If you need a written translation, we offer document translation with a signed certificate of accuracy.

Is remote mediation available?

Yes. Choose Remote in the request form and include the platform. Zoom breakout rooms work well for caucus sessions.
